I really love Birkenstock’s and threads has a great selection of them. In addition to the Birks, they have other great shoes and clothing as well. Last time I was in, I had a pretty decent visit, i got some great items, the gal that helped me was so kind, all around great shopping experience. I have found that most times when I go in there, the atmosphere isn’t super warm. Typically the staff doesn’t acknowledge me nor are they super eager to help (most places you’re greeted and asked what they can help you find, not here though), this could just be me as I don’t believe I am in the demographic they are trying to target. I do try to purchase my items online thru Birkenstock but, when I see something cute at Threads online, I do stop in. Bottom line, decent store just not very welcoming.

Jane and Chelsey were sunshine on a rainy day. They shipped a gift to my Mom for free and were incredibly helpful. Great selection of shoes,bags, boots and sandals. These days it's not so often we get to shop in a Happy Place!!!

Much better quality than other "stores" in the area. Especially the t-shirts. 7 for all mankind is my fav jeans. Been shopping here for years. Highly recommend!

The best place in Lincoln for all your Birks and Blundstone needs. I love walking into their store (especially the new and upgraded space) to get gifts for both the gals and guys in my life. I also appreciate how they honor the student discount after all these years as I have returned to school three times now (too school for cool). Jane and Chelsea are both so lovely. 🥾

I went in there on Christmas Eve to get my son a pair of Burks. All the gentleman working were well groomed and smiling. I was assisted by a very nice fella who helped me and assured me if for some reason I needed to exchange for a different size they would be able to exchange easily and even order the size needed if it’s not in stock. I will return for other shoe needs!!!

Excellent customer service! Chelsea and Jane are so helpful and very knowledgeable about shoes and clothing! If you need Birkenstock’s they have all the selection to find you the perfect pair or pairs ( I bought 5 !) Love shopping at Threads!

Almost bought my newest fall Birks from a competitor before coming back to this old standby and so glad I did. Sometimes the big box stores or online retailers can save you a little money on a pair of shoes, but when it's an investment piece, it's so worth it to get the great customer service Threads offers. I know I'll leave satisfied with the fit and style and my money is staying in the community.

I tried to call Threads this evening to place an order but learned they had closed early to serve dinner at the local homeless shelter. It makes me question why I would ever spend my money anywhere else. What an amazing local shop we have in our community that actually gives back to those in need. I truly love this store! My mother shopped at Footloose and Fancy when I was a child and I’m proud to say I’m keeping that tradition alive and well! ❤️ ✌️
